The government of Malta, in partnership with the finance industry on the island and the MFSA has followed international best
practice and set up an independent marketing body, funded by the government and the industry, to promote Malta as a financial
services jurisdiction. ARM has been appointed to develop the brand strategy and project manage the development of key communications tools and put systems
in place to manage the communications process.

ARM has been the MFSA's retained communications advisers since 2000 and ARM's relationship with the Authority goes back to 1994.
Malta is now one of the world's fastest growing and most admired financial services jurisdictions and finance now accounts for
c12% of GDP (3% in 1994). Funds under management in Malta have quadrupled in the past decade and the number of people employed
in finance has grown to 7,500. ARM has advised on brand and communications strategy, managed the international media relations
programme, written copy for numerous Authority publications, advised on graphic design, managed events in the UK and helped train
the Authority's in-house communications staff.
